The Northern Territory Department of Business and Employment funded CHARTTES Training Advisory Council to undertake a project scope of the Workforce Development needed in the Hospitality Sector in the Northern Territory.

The project scope looked at the present workforce position of the Industry and identifed employers and stakeholders to contribute to a proposed Project Strategy and Implementation Plan.

The information collected has been essential to understand and prepare for the industry's future workforce needs.
