The Competency NavigatorTM has recently had a major upgrade - key improvements include an online skills passport called SkillsBookTM, additional search functions and a host of new tools to support trainers and students.
SkillsBookTM is an online individual directory of categories of skills and experiences. The outputs from the Competency NavigatorTM populate an individual's SkillsBookTM. Additional features include resume builders, online diary, e portfolio and a suite of student management tools.
