The Competency Navigator moves from strength to strength!  The software tool is being used to great success in the Eastern States, most notably by networks of Registered Training Organisations (RTO's) operating 'Skills Stores'.

The Competency Navigator is underpinned with the full set of qualifications competencies, and elements from the national training data set.  In built functions enable RTO's to use the tool to drive enrolment, recognition, internal workforce development and enterprise engagement.

New enhancements to the product include:

• An enterprise version which provides the ability to capture and measure skill sets as well as qualifications;
• The ability for RTO's to filter responses according to their scope of delivery; and
• An e-Portfolio function allowing users to upload and store evidence for review by RTO's and accreditation agencies.
